I think we're too far away for Empress II to deliver (we're on the other side of China House, past the YMCA), but I've eaten there before -- they're pretty solid. I lived about 1 mile and half down Roswell Rd and called this place for delivery. I called them 3 times before they finally arrived and when they got there, they had forgotten a box of rice so he had to go back to the location and get some and come back to our place. My boyfriend and I were furious that we had to wait yet again for food from this horrid place....we stuck our other food in the oven and when the other rice finally arrived, we ate it wasn't even good--IT WAS COLD....Thank Goodness I read this review before I hauled tail over there after work for take-out...I think I will hit up Empress of China II on Johnson Ferry Road--it's the best Chinese place in Cobb County!
