WordPress 2.6.2 released

by mickey on September 8, 2008

Due to a rather obscure but potentially harmful exploit, WordPress is advising all users to upgrade to version 2.6.2.  Along with the security patch, the update includes a few bug fixes.

If you manage multiple blogs, your best bet is to look at the list of changed files and only update those.  There are only 12 files that have been changed, so that makes multiple upgrades much easier.
