It seems the adage is backwards now, when people would say, "In my day it was different, things were more personal." Well, we are back there now, in fact, the accountability for lack of personable approaches to impasses within the myriad sphere of commerce events, is so pronouced, one has to wonder if organizations that don't maintain a dynamic dialogue with their customers know what year we are living in. Simply because the accounts of dissatisfaction will mount and services will be switched to the providers that are interested in taking them from those who are not.

Yup, they both gooned it, big time. You would think, with a recession going on, salespeople would be all over a potential customer. I know it's a fairly shallow relationship, but a relationship nonetheless. And, you would think sales management would have a better system for managing sales contacts.

Sears...ah, Sears; everyman's store. It's a shame that everyman cannot garner more respect for dropping upwards of a $thousand.

Thanks for calling it Mickey. We all should be pounding fair gripes about nonchalant sellers.
