		<description>That&#039;s a good point.  They&#039;re growing really fast, and I&#039;m sure that it&#039;s insanely difficult managing the logistics of all of the different races.  I&#039;m REALLY looking forward to the race, and I&#039;ve heard nothing but great things about them.

Still, they&#039;re a good example of a company that is managing their Twitter account quite poorly.</description>

You may give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they&#039;ve grown immensely in such a short period of time that it&#039;s hopefully on a list of to-dos for someone. Regardless, your point is valid. Responses on twitter from companies to patrons shows that they value customer service and their customers opinions/concerns.</description>
