They're growing really fast, and I'm sure that it's insanely difficult managing the logistics of all of the different races. I'm REALLY looking forward to the race, and I've heard nothing but great things about them. Still, they're a good example of a company that is managing their Twitter account quite poorly. You may give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they've grown immensely in such a short period of time that it's hopefully on a list of to-dos for someone. Regardless, your point is valid.
