Find RealPlayer in a haystack

When posting sermons on our church website, I encode them in RealPlayer format. While this works well, I’ve received a number of e-mails lately from church members that don’t think it’s fair to have to pay for software to listen to the sermons. I patiently (and accurately) explain exactly where to click to get the free player.

about how this tactic has cost Real Networks a ton of market share. It’s a good read.
