Good marketing is boring, and that’s a compliment

When people think of “great marketing”, they think of huge campaigns, celebrity influencers, and Super Bowl ads. Those can be great, but they’re out of reach for most people.

Rather than press toward that unreachable level, lean into the opposite. Push for reliability over novelty, systems over stunts, and trust over tactics.

This will lead to two things: marketing that may seem somewhat boring, but is much more effective.

With our clients we work hard to offer professional stewardship. We do the little things behind the scenes to keep things running smooth (security updates and backups), help with small changes to keep things relevant, and always keep an eye on what’s coming next.

This isn’t expensive nor complicated, but it’s often overlooked because of some shiny thing out there that Apple is doing.

Be reliable and build trust, and the results will be very rewarding.
